Privacy Policy

This page explains what data dorporat.com collects, why, and what your options are. This site has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no payments. There are three places where information passes from you to me: the free site-check form, the contact form, and the on-site tools, where you enter a URL to be checked. Everything else is an outbound link.

The forms

Two forms reach me: the free site check on the home page, and the contact form. What you type into either one — your name, email address, site URL, and anything in the free-text box — is sent to me as an email and kept in my mailbox. There is no database behind them, no mailing list, and I don't pass the details to anyone. I use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

The tools

The tools on this site run their checks against the URL you enter, from my server. Nothing you enter is stored or logged beyond the request itself. The written summary of the results is generated by a language model, so the URL and the findings are relayed to OpenRouter for that step; the checks and the grade are computed here and need no third party. The same three checks are also exposed to automated clients as an MCP endpoint at /api/mcp; those run identically and store nothing either. Because the summary step passes through someone else's server, please only enter URLs you are happy to share. Use the form or WhatsApp for anything personal or sensitive.

What else is collected

Like any website, standard server request logs (IP address, requested page, browser user agent, timestamp) are generated by hosting infrastructure (Vercel) for operational and security purposes. Your IP address is also used to rate-limit the form and the tools so they can't be flooded; it is held in memory only, briefly, for that purpose. I don't access the logs for marketing or profiling, and this site does not run analytics or advertising scripts.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. The accessibility menu (font size, contrast, underline links, reduced motion) saves your preference in your browser's local storage, on your device only — it is never transmitted to me or any third party, and you can clear it any time via your browser settings.

Third parties

The services involved in running this site are Vercel (hosting), Amazon SES (sending the form email) and OpenRouter (writing the summaries in the tools). Each has its own privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and the venture sites (Lumond, Porat Outsourcing, Guideline Genetics) lead to services with their own privacy practices, which I don't control. Please review their policies separately.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

If you contact me through the form, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, I retain that correspondence as normal business practice. Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data I hold about you and request its deletion — reach out via LinkedIn.

Changes to this policy

If this site starts collecting data it doesn't today (for example, adding analytics), this page will be updated and the date above will change.
