Accessibility Statement

This site aims to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. This page describes the standard I work toward, what's been implemented, and how to reach me if something doesn't work for you.

Standard

This site is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a target, in line with Israeli Standard 5568.

What's in place

• Semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, and correct page language tags (including lang="he" dir="rtl" on Hebrew pages)
• A "skip to content" link for keyboard users
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element
• A color palette checked for contrast — body text and links meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios
• Meaningful alt text on informative images; decorative images are marked as such
• An on-page accessibility menu (the icon in the corner of every page) to adjust text size, switch to high contrast, underline links, and stop animations
• The one ambient video on this site is silent and decorative, and automatically falls back to a static image for anyone who prefers reduced motion

Known limitations

This is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time certification. Some embedded third-party content (LinkedIn, YouTube) is outside my control and follows those platforms' own accessibility practices.

How this was checked

Reviewed internally using automated auditing tools and manual keyboard/screen-reader checks. This is a good-faith, in-house review — not a certified third-party audit.

Reporting a problem

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, message me on LinkedIn with the page and a description of the issue. I'll aim to respond within a few business days and fix confirmed issues in a reasonable time.
