Operator first, consultant second
I'm Dor — an operator and developer based in Tel Aviv. I studied Computer Science at Tel Aviv University, started out writing code, and moved into building my own online businesses.
Today I run Lumond, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand; Porat Outsourcing; and a growing portfolio of affiliate sites and iOS apps. SEO isn't a line item for me — it's the part of the work I actually enjoy: query research, technical fixes, and figuring out why a page ranks or doesn't.
AI is in the daily workflow — content production, development, media buying and operations — and I work in English, Hebrew and German, mostly on EU and US markets.

An e-commerce brand turning candles into plants. Built from concept to a DTC and B2B business selling in 10+ European markets, with suppliers and logistics partners in Portugal, France and Germany.
