How working together actually goes

I take on a few projects at a time. This page is about the engagement itself — what happens, in what order, and what you get at each stage.

What I take on

Three areas. The first has its own page, because it's where most of the work happens.

Organic

Organic visibility

SEO, AEO and GEO — ranking in search, winning answer boxes, and being cited by AI engines.

AI

AI implementation

Mapping which processes are worth automating, then building them: LLM workflows, agents, internal tools and content pipelines, with the team trained to run them after I leave.

Growth

Growth

Funnels, monetization, retention and measurement — drawn from running DTC brands and affiliate publishing operations rather than from a framework.

The engagement

Four stages. You can stop after any of them.

  1. 01

    Intro call

A short conversation about your business and what you're trying to solve. No commitment, and no deck.

  2. 02

    Opportunity mapping

I map where the work would actually move something for you, and we agree on a focused plan with a defined scope.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Hands-on building and integration with what you already run, training your team as we go rather than after.

  4. 04

    Measurement

We track results against the goals we set, adjust, and decide together what's worth expanding.

Common questions

What does an engagement look like in practice?

A short discovery phase followed by a focused project — weeks rather than months. I prefer starting with something small that shows value quickly, then expanding once it does.

Who is this for?

Businesses that want practical results without hiring a full team: e-commerce companies, agencies, content sites, startups and service businesses. If you have repetitive manual processes, there is usually an AI opportunity inside them.

What makes this different from an agency?

The advice comes from my own products. I run e-commerce brands, affiliate sites and apps and have acquired millions of users for them, so what I recommend is what I already use rather than what's currently fashionable.

How do we start?

Send me a message on LinkedIn with a couple of lines about your business. If it looks like a fit, we'll set up an intro call.

Sound like a fit?

A short intro call, no commitment — we'll work out together whether there's something worth doing.
