Acceptance

By downloading or using Vacation Planner ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

The App generates personalized travel itineraries using artificial intelligence based on the preferences you provide. Access to generated itineraries and to creating additional trips requires an active Premium subscription.

Subscriptions

• Premium Weekly — $6.99 per week (or local equivalent), auto-renewing.
• Premium Yearly — $39.99 per year (or local equivalent), auto-renewing.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Prices may vary by region and may change; any change applies only to subsequent renewal periods.

AI-generated content disclaimer

Itineraries are produced by an AI model and are suggestions only. Attractions close, prices change, restaurants move and models make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying opening hours, prices, tickets, transport, visas, safety guidance and availability before relying on any part of a plan. The App is not a travel agency and does not book anything on your behalf.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, cost or damage arising from travel decisions made based on AI-generated itineraries, including missed reservations, closures, incorrect prices or route information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to extract its underlying models or keys, use automated tools to farm generations, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The App, its design and its content (excluding your inputs) are our property. Generated itineraries are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
