Overview

Vacation Planner ("the App") creates personalized travel itineraries with AI. We designed it to know as little about you as possible: there are no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

What the App processes

Trip preferences you enter in the quiz (destination, trip length, travel month, party type, interests, pace, budget tier, food preferences, accommodation style and dealbreakers). These answers are sent to Google's Gemini API solely to generate your itinerary. They contain no name, email, or account identifier.
Generated itineraries are stored locally on your device only. Deleting a trip in the App, or deleting the App, removes them.

Third-party processing

Itineraries are generated by Google's Gemini API. Your quiz answers are transmitted to Google for that single purpose. As with any internet request, Google may see routine connection metadata such as your IP address. Google's handling of API data is described in the Gemini API Terms. We operate no servers of our own and store nothing about you.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Purchase management and refunds are handled by Apple.

Data we do NOT collect

No personal identification information;
No location tracking (your destination is what you type, not where you are);
No contacts, photos, or files;
No analytics, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking.

AI-generated content

Itineraries are AI-generated suggestions. They may contain inaccuracies — always verify opening hours, prices, transport schedules and availability before you travel.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
