Acceptance

By downloading or using Offline AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What the App does

The App provides a chat interface to an advanced AI language model that runs entirely on your device, plus a built-in library of offline reference guides. After a one-time model download, the App works without an internet connection. An optional, larger "Pro" model is available as a separate download for Premium subscribers.

Free tier and Premium subscription

The App can be used for free with a limited number of chat messages per day and a selection of guides from the built-in library. Offline AI Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (billed weekly or yearly) that unlocks unlimited chat messages, the Pro model, and the full guide library. The exact price is shown in the App and on the App Store purchase sheet before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected;
• You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (App Store > Subscriptions);
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies;
• Prices may vary by region and may change; any change applies only to future renewal periods.

AI-generated content

Answers are generated by a compact on-device AI model and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify important information from authoritative sources. The App's answers are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Survival and first-aid library

The built-in guides are provided for general educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional training, medical care, or official emergency instructions. In an emergency, always follow instructions from emergency services and local authorities when available.

Acceptable use

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• You may not attempt to extract, redistribute, or resell the App or its bundled content;
• Use of the Gemma model is subject to Google's applicable open-model terms.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its original guide content are the property of the developer. The Gemma 4 model is an open model by Google, used under its published terms. This App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Hugging Face.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or its content, including reliance on AI-generated answers or guide content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
